SolarWorld Group Supplies Solar Power Technology to China and Italy

The SolarWorld subsidiary, Deutsche Solar AG, producer of solar silicon wafers, will supply Euro 350 million [US$ 445 million] worth of wafers to an unnamed Chinese manufacturer of solar cells and solar modules. In a second multi-million Euro agreement, SolarWorld AG is expanding its Italian business for delivery of solar power systems and solar modules to wholesaler Tecnospot in Bolzano.
